Where We Ship

We ship to all Canadian postal codes. However, limited shipping options may be available in certain areas. No orders will be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Details

Once we receive your order, we will process it in 1-2 business days. We will then ship it and send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will then be able to track it through the Canada Post website: CanadaPost.ca.

All orders are processed and shipped on BUSINESS DAYS ONLY: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCLUDING MAJOR HOLIDAYS.

Orders placed on SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS will be processed on the next business day.

  • WE DO NOT OFFER SAME DAY SERVICE
  • “EXPEDITED/REGULAR PARCEL” is our standard shipping method (arrives in approximately 4 – 7 business days)
  • FREE SHIPPING for orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after any discounts)
  • If you decide to choose the following faster shipping options, additional charges for postage will apply: “EXPRESS POST” (2 -3 business days) and “PRIORITY POST” (1 – 2 business days) – available in most locations.
  • Shipping charges are determined through Canada Post’s system, using weight and distance to location. These will be automatically processed for you when your are ready to check out and after putting in your postal code.

Re-ordering Your Favourite Products

Please note, each product has a SKU number printed on it that is searchable on this website, just be sure to not use pound sign (#) in your searches, just use the SKU number.
