Warranty & Returns

We at Janice Carol Cosmetics are committed to supplying our customers with top grade products. If you feel that any part of your order is not fresh, please return the item/s within 10 business days along with a copy of your invoice, in a “Bubble Pack” envelope or box with appropriate postage to:

To protect your package from loss we recommend insuring it with Canada Post. When doing so please keep the Canada Post receipt and tracking number for possible future reference. Once we receive the item/s and determine that it is not up to our standards, then we will process your refund by the method you paid. Unfortunately return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Damaged Items

When you receive your order from us please inspect the package for damages that may have occurred during shipment. If your cosmetics have been damaged please email us immediately. Please provide your order number along with your phone number and if possible please include a photograph of the damaged package and damaged cosmetics for inspection by Canada post. Once we have spoken to Canada Post arrangements will be made for the damaged items to be returned to us. We will then resend you a new order, or provide a refund. In your email please let us know which you would prefer. This process may take up to 10 business days.
